Charlotte has been taking singing classes at Ms Khor’s studio since 2020. She looks forward to her weekly lessons with Ms Khor and Ms Jean.
The teachers are very nurturing. They constantly encourage and guide her to explore different musical genres. Ms Khor’s Studio constantly provides performance opportunities which I think are important to build Charlotte’s confidence and musical development.
Kelly has always love singing, it was only when she started her vocal lessons with Ms Khor and her assistant teachers, we saw the transformation in her, be it her vocal technique and self-confidence, she has greatly improved in all aspects in her performance. We also greatly admire Ms Khor’s passion and dedication to provide many opportunities for her students to have a platform to perform on. We also love the bonding among the teachers and students, Kelly looks forward to her lesson weekly!

A spiritual insight and a deeper connection to music, the honing of a singer into a voice artiste and personal growth, are three things I see clearly when I think of my daughter Cheryl Bains’ musical journey with Ms Khor Ai Ming. Under Ms. Khor’s guidance, Cheryl grew not only as an artiste, but also as a collaborator and a good human being. Ms Khor nurtured Cheryl’s talent, giving her glimpses of professionalism and prepared her for a life that is Music itself.
Cheryl absolutely owes what she is today to Ms. Khor’s attention, trust, and the opportunities she provided which became instrumental in her forming a connection with music. I have been doing vocal training with Ms Khor since 2019 and I feel really happy with the improvement in my vocal technique and stage performance skills. Within the last 5 months of online training, I have achieved a Distinction in Grade 3 Trinity College London Rock & Pop vocal examination and received three First Prize placements in the American Protégé International Vocal Competition 2020, under the categories of Classical, Folk and Musical Theatre. Ms Khor’s lessons are dynamic! She is kind, respectful and very professional. I am grateful to have Ms Khor as my vocal teacher.

Firstly to Ms Khor and Stephanie Leong, for being the greatest mentors anyone could ask for. You have aided me and taught me all the knowledge I need to know, from techniques to note-reading, you have really helped me to improve along the few years that I have been with you, without you I would not be here now. My lessons at Ms Khor’s are the most treasured part of my week. As a busy working professional, wife and mother it is easy to get swept away by the never ending tide of competing demands. Vocal lessons with Ms Khor is my ‘me-time’ - I have learnt to express myself in song and through Ms Khor’s patient training, have extended my vocal range to be able to sing the songs I have always wanted to be able to sing!
Through these lessons I have also made new friends, learnt to be mindful of my breath and body, and to temporarily set aside life’s worries while immersing myself in the calming beauty of music.

I got to know Ms Khor's Studio through TPS Award Programme. I am very grateful that Ms Khor's Studio supports inclusive learning.
My daughter, Nur Anisah loves to sing and she looks forward to her singing lessons every weekend with both Ms Khor & Jean. Ms Khor's Studio also organised recitals and got invited to a lot of events.
